Aromatherapy

What is Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is a holistic approach to wellness that originated in ancient times. Aromatherapy is the use of 100% pure essential oils to influence, affect, modify, change or alter mood, emotions, physical concerns and behaviors. Aromatherapy has been used to compliment numerous alternative healing techniques and is a safe and effective alternative for dealing with many routines and day to day challenges. Essential oils are absorbed by the skin or lungs into the bloodstream to stimulate the brain and, within seconds, promote healing throughout the body.  You can find out more information on Aromatherapy and Essential Oils by reading our newsletter.
