Boost up your Immune System with Herbs and Nutrition
They can help your body fight off any type of infection!
Every time some type of infection is discovered, many people get scared. This isn’t surprising. The news media often plays upon people’s fears of disease, reminding them of historical pandemics like the Spanish flu epidemic, which occurred over 100 years ago. Fears are also fueled by movies and TV shows depicting humanity being devastated by some plagues. Films like The Last Man on Earth, The Andromeda Strain, The Stand, 12 Monkeys, Outbreak, and World War Z are just few of the more popular films that feature a deadly plague wiping out most of humanity. We all need to focus and boost up your immune system.
The plague scenario makes an exciting story, but it bears little resemblance to modern reality. It’s true that a little over 100 years ago, infectious disease was the leading cause of death, but this is no longer the case. The primary reason for this is not vaccines, as many diseases for which no vaccines were ever developed have almost disappeared. it was primarily due to improved sanitations which has saved more lives than any other development.
It’s also true that many people do die each year from various infections, such as the flu virus. But it is important to remember that most of these deaths occur in people whose immune systems have already been weakened by other health issues. This is why it is important to take care of your health and especially your immune system.
Even when plagues have occurred in the past, not everyone gets sick. This is because a healthy immune system has the ability to adapt and protect you. So rather than worrying about the latest microbe, why not concentrate on keeping a healthy immune system and learning how to fight infections naturally.

We are each Stronger than we Think
Back in September, 2021 I came down with the Delta Version of the virus. I got extremely sick and topped it off with bacterial pneumonia. When I arrived at the hospital, I was in acute respiratory failure. I spent the next 2 weeks literally fighting for my life! I lost 30 lbs. and left the hospital weaker than I could ever have imagined. The last 2 years have been focused on rebuilding my health and my body. I feel blessed that I survived and am saddened for those families who lost loved ones to that virus. I want you to know, especially since we were all in isolation, I never felt alone in the hospital. My family couldn’t come visit, yet I didn’t feel alone. The nurses, hospital staff and doctors were compassionate beyond words and I felt like I had my own set of cheerleaders rooting for me to get better and breathe!
I am here because I had no health conditions, was super healthy when I went into the hospital and got the right cocktail of medicines. More importantly, I believe God saved me. I have spent the last 20 years sharing wellness with each of you and my passion for healthy living has never been stronger! Here is what I did to help my recovery.
