Wellness is choosing to focus every day on healthy living and developing healthier habits. Your focus shifts to building health. You do this to achieve improved well-being and more vitality.

A wellness or health coach works with individuals one-on-one, in a group, or online. The people they work with are interested in improving their overall health and well-being. Coaches utilize their education to help you learn new habits or behaviors and overcome obstacles so the individual can maintain a healthier lifestyle. We all know what we need to do; health and wellness coaches act as a guide and educator.

A CNHP is a Certified Natural Health Professional. A CNHP is an individual who has studied core naturopathic concepts to apply to their lives and help others. The education focuses on supporting a healthy body, mind, and spirit. They focus on the whole body, healthy living, and building health from the inside out. I am a Trinity School of Natural Health graduate and a Certified Aromatherapist from the Aromahead Institute. Most CNHPs work with individuals as holistic health and wellness coaches and have the ability to offer more insight into the relationship to herbs, essential oils, wellness products, and bach flowers.

Many people wonder what an online healthy living program has to offer. These programs provide structure and act as a guide, helping you achieve your individual wellness goals. They share teachings and tips to make your journey more successful. They also offer you an opportunity to converse and ask questions.

Some individuals may require or prefer more accountability and motivation that is more personalized to their needs outside of a group program. We offer individual health coaching focusing on the same basic principles as the IN.FORM Program, as well as several different health assessments and pH Balancing.

I work with a variety of clients dealing with some of today’s chronic health concerns, wanting to lose weight or trying to manage their chronic pain. Each person has their own reason for getting healthier and I focus on assisting the individual whether in a group or one on one with their specific needs.
