Hi, I’m Mara and I am offering these online wellness programs because I was right where you are, except when I was ready to do something about it, natural health and wellness coaching wasn’t as available as it is today. I actually went back to school, learned about herbs, oils, and natural health and put it to use with my own health. 

I got injured in 1994 and had to learn to cope and manage my chronic pain and symptoms from CRPS / RSD. The doctors told me that my RSD / CRPS was incurable. I believed them at first, however, after focusing on managing my pain and symptoms for 11 years with not much improvement, my husband said maybe we needed to start believing that healing is possible. That’s when we decided to begin focusing on building health in a more natural way to see what my body could do on its own. It did quite a bit, 30 years later, I am pain-free and stronger than I ever thought I would be. Many friends and family members thought I was unconventional, but it worked! You see, I don’t believe that my RSD was incurable. I just had to shift my mind set. Since then, I have helped so many with their journey back to health.

Too many of today’s chronic health concerns are the result of poor lifestyle habits.  Which is why it is important to believe that if you improve your habits, you can improve your health!
